After managing to cross the borders into Belarus and Russia, the crew made their way to Moscow, seeing Red square and St Basil's Cathedral on their way!
They then set off to Volgagrad, site of the famous WW2 Battle of Stalingrad, seeing the famous memorial statue of 'The Motherland Calls'.
They then took to the road on their way to Astrakhan and managed to get through border with Kazakhstan in only three hours and making up any lost time!
After the border the crew had to battle with the terrible road conditions.. which meant that progress became very slow, and they were very grateful to be able to stop for fuel!
The crew are now racing towards Uzbekistan on a beautiful flat road, and are loving Kazakhstan and meeting the locals.
