Avtrade announce appointment of Michael Smith as Support Contracts Operational Team Leader

Continuing the development of Avtrade’s Component Support Solutions, Avtrade is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Smith as Support Contracts Operational Team leader.

With 10 years’ experience gained at a leading parts supplier to the Aviation industry, Michael brings extensive industry knowledge across key aspects of Avtrade’s core business model and a precise knowledge of contracted services specific to Avtrade’s global customer base. Michael’s in depth understanding of the Flight Hour principle, will enable him to effectively develop the Support Contracts department, whilst strengthening pre-existing relationships with Avtrade’s contracted customers.

As Support Contracts Operational Team Leader, Michael is responsible for ensuring Avtrade maintains its high quality service, meets all customer KPI’s and is continually improving performance in a highly competitive market.
