We are pleased to announce that Avtrade has been officially recognised for our efforts in raising funds for mental health awareness and treatment charities across Sussex.
We established ACT (Avtrade Charitable Team) in the spring of 2018 to support positive mental health at home and in the workplace, and to raise funds for local charities that share the same goals. Our fundraising efforts have now been officially recognised by the Mid Sussex Applauds Awards 2019 with a Commendation in the 'Business in the Community' category.
A quote from the Commendation gives an idea of why we’re so proud of our ACT team: “Avtrade’s activities in fundraising for a number of charities, and supporting the local community, has evidently impacted people’s lives in and around the District for the better. We thank you for your work within our community, and helping to make Mid Sussex District such a great place to live”.
We’re extremely proud of the amount of time, energy, skills and money that have been dedicated to ACT over the last 18 months. This Commendation is for everyone who has made a contribution. We look forward to a new year, and many more new ACT challenges!
